Requirements: The person needs to be not moving to do this and to keep it up
Class: Defense
Range: 5 ft radius
Element: Wind
Effect: The user is surrounded by a five foot radius shield of winds going upward. The winds are visible by a faint shining and anyone inside the circle is protected. The shield can block 1 C rank attack or 2 D rank attacks
Magic Circle: A sky blue circle is shown at the feet of the caster and stays there until the shield is broken

Dur: continuos until broken or canceled
