Effect: These fans are your average hand fans used by women all across Fiore, with the exception that, during certain circumstances, a blade made of wind forms across the curved edge of the fan. It is one foot long and as strong as steal, so objects cannot pass through it. (Thus it may be used for deflecting things like bullets or throwing knives.) It's sharp enough to slice through skin and make marks in things such as trees, but it won't make a dent in other metals, despite being as sturdy as one. Depending upon the force Riza uses and the distance/reflexes of the opponent, the cuts given may range from tiny scrapes to painful but not deep gashes. The blade is invisible, as wind itself is not visible, and only when the blade forms during a fighting circumstance can it be used. Riza cannot summon it by mere willpower.
